Too many things leaking

So in the most recent rainstorm my ceiling decided to leak again...from a different spot! This is ridiculous! I have another apartment above me, where the heck is this water coming from?! At least this time it dripped all over the coffee table instead of the couch, since that dries off easier. But it's a good thing I've been home when it happened so I could catch it right away...I'd hate to think of trying to clean up when it's been leaking for hours. And we're supposed to have thunderstorms all this week...I may never leave my room.

And then there was the random pen explosion, resulting in a mess all over my hands and now a big ink stain on the floor...I don't suppose anyone knows a good way to clean that? If the magic eraser doesn't work I don't know what to do...

I got my card for the library here yesterday...life is good. :)
