I just saw a trailer for a movie called "Snakes on a Plane"

Honestly. And I don't think it's supposed to be a comedy, with Samuel L. Jackson in it and all, but really...how can you not laugh at that? Even if you can excuse the plot, couldn't they have found a better title? That's really pathetic! It doesn't even sound scary! It has the same kind of menace as Kenneth Branagh saying "This is a world where birds eat horses!" (Gotta love Walking with Prehistoric Beasts)

Another movie complaint: They're actually hyping up The Descent by lauding the fact that it goes further than Saw and Hostel. I watch the preview and I get creeped out and sick to my stomach. Is all this violence and gore really necessary? No wonder we're so impassive to reports of actual violence and death in the world....
